Snowman Twist

This pattern includes instructions for three sizes. The small size uses the Itty Bitty Primitive Pinwheel Tool and is 20″ x 22″. The medium size uses the Primitive Pinwheel Tool and is 32″ x 35 1/2″. The large size uses the Lil’ Twister Ruler and is 52 1/2″ x 58 1/2″. Both the small and medium sizes have a scarf that hangs and can be positioned to look like it’s blowing in the wind. The large scarf does not hang. It goes around the neck of the snowman.
