Ribbons Quilt with Optional Foot Warmers

The quilt is 62″ x 52″ and can be made with or without foot warmers. If your feet get cold, this is a perfect quilt for you. Your feet actually go in the foot warmers. It is called Ribbons because it resembles military ribbons but also looks good in a variety of colors or even scrappy. The foot warmers resemble boots and even have laces.
